Philly`s Best Cheesesteak House in Spring Hill

Extremely disappointed in not only the food but the audacious customer service I just received at this store I’ve went to with my family since I was about 7 years old. My own cousins have worked in their kitchens before. I received a philly from PHILLYS BEST (what a joke) that literally felt like I just spent 8.79 on a loaf of bread. Which Id like to add, even eating only meat and cheese I’ve never FROM ANYWHERE recieved a sandwich that weighed zero to nothing even in the paper they wrap it with. I proceeded to just ask for my money back due to the fact I WAS NOT SATISFIED with my order period!! They told me nothing was wrong with my sandwich and they could not refund me my money. When I proceeded to get angry they let me know to “take my pregnancy hormones else where and that I was no longer welcome to their store” never have I ever felt more disrespected a single day in my life in any restaurant ever.

went in last Saturday 12/8 For dinner and got the worst food of my life. Terrible service the counter lady was absolutely disrespectful and unhelpful. Tried to ask about the menu and got no help. To busy on her phone. Food took forever for an absolutely disgusting cheesesteak, and she had no gloves on while handling my food right after handling her phone! I will never be going back to this place.. sit down area is fowl. Place is a joke. Avoid!

Cooked fresh and fast. Very tasty!!!! And was just like home (I'm a Philly girl) cheese steaks do not automatically come with mushrooms, onions and green peppers, thank you!!!!! Or garlic for that matter. What is it with Florida that everyone wants to cover up the taste of the meat? That's the best part!!!!!

The other day I was shipping out some packages at the post office and figured I’d give Philly’s Best a try, I walked in and I will tell you they have a pretty cool collection of sports memorabilia. With that being said that’s the only good thing going for this restaurant. The woman behind the counter was extremely impatient while taking my order, rushing me the whole time....Confusing since I was the only one in line. When I sat down after completing my order I heard her say, “how hard is it to pick what you want, god it’s not that confusing.” Not very kind, or professional. Food was mediocre. Expensive Philly Cheese Steak and some of the nastiest, coldest fries I have ever consumed. The table I sat down at had left over lettuce all over it. Don’t waste your money, RICHIES or Steak Boss is way better!

Me and my boyfriend ate here and it was bad enough that when we went in the floors were sticky and the tables were quite dirty themselves. Then after ordering only 2 sandwiches and fried mushrooms it took 45 minutes before our food was even ready. When we ate our food you could taste that something wasn’t right, like the grill hasn’t been cleaned in a while. We have now been puking for 2 days. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Awesome place and incredible cheestakes! Sides are good, and the restaurant is comfortable. Sports themed too! Cannot wait for their new location on Linden to open up.

First time trying it & it is really good. I will definitely be back.

Dirty tables & horrible food. THIS PLACE NEEDS A HEALTH INSPECTION! I will never be coming back to this restaurant again! This is my second time coming to this location and I will never be returning! Came in yesterday and had the nastiest Phillie of my life. This place is a disgrace to Phillie; Food was cold & way overpriced. Staff is definitely not from Phillie, no respect what so ever. The lady didn’t even ask if I wanted change and just put it in the tip jar. CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT! If your from Philly let me save you the disappointment.

My hair salon is right next door. I look forward to getting my hair done as I always get an order of home made fries from here....

We love going here for a quick lunch or occasional dinner. The staff are awesome. Very quick and always smiling. Our food is always ready on time for pick up. Definitely worth stopping by or calling in. I recommend the bomb.

We shared a 12" philly cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and banana peppers with a side of gravy fries.

The food is to die for! The atmosphere is quaint, and it's definitely a place to go by yourself or with family and friends.

Delightful place as well as people. Stopped in to get a couple of cheesesteaks with fries and a meatball hoagie. The fries were so good that one order didn't even make it home with me! The steak was tender and juicy not tough or super greasy at all. 👌 was all the person who ordered the meatball had to say as she was too busy enjoying it. I'll definitely be back for more.

This is a small casual place that serves a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich that's incredible! Sweet green peppers, fresh mushrooms, sauteed sweet onions topped with cheese of your choice 😉 it's the best Philly sandwich I've had since leaving NYC. I called and pre-ordered walked in and it was done. I highly recommend you try this place. 🤗

The absolutely worst cheesesteak sub I have ever had. Extremely salty so much so I threw the biggest part away. I used to like this place but I will never go there again. Staff concerned more with talking with their friends than the customers. I would have left no stars if that was an option.

Ordered a chicken cheesesteak with bacon (wasn't on there), fried cheesecake with chocolate sauce (no chocolate sauce), and fries (luke warm). I called the store and the females response was, "yeah, there's no chocolate sauce... and the cook said he put bacon on it." I ask next steps and she tells me I don't know what to do in this situation. Wasn't worth the money or time...

The food is comparable to McDonald's but at a much more expensive cost. And I agree with the previous persons review about dirty tables. They were so sticky, and I also think they need a health inspection!

They know their way around a cheese steak. Yum! Best since Boston. They are always happy to go off menu and add anything you like. Also, hubby loves their loaded tuna fish sub. And, drum roll please, they deliver!!!

I know what the name is but it's really Chicago food that cant be beat I miss chicago now I dont have to miss the food

Highly recommend...Food was delicious and delivered hot to our door. Only wished they would have put a menu in the bag so we could easily order again.

I frequent this establishment and have been doing so for almost 10 years. The food is always consistent and have no complaints in that area. With that being said this past Thursday afternoon and the previous visit I was greeted at the counter by a thinner blonde woman with a snobby condescending attitude. I even tried to brush it off and smile back as I know people have bad days, to no avail. It seemed that was the last place in the world she wanted to be, and my mere presence annoyed her.

Good pizza steak eat there all the time. One of the best sandwiches in town. Could use a little clean up inside getting kinda run down. But if you want a good steak sandwich in springhill this is were to go

I haven't been to spring Hill in seven years, and I'm fine with that - until I think about Philly's Best and I want to cry because I haven't eaten there in seven years.I dream about these cheesesteaks. All other cheesesteaks are toilet water (even Geno's subs in Philly)My first stop in spring Hill will be Philly's Best. Sorry Mom and Dad, but first cheesesteaks.

We read the or reviews of this place and it sounded too good not to try. The ladies were very nice and it was good. Glad I tried it while visiting the area.

I was given only 6 out of 8 wings, and the manager was just rude when i called. She tried blaming the delivery company instead of owning up that they messed up an order. Will probably not order from here again

My favorite cheesesteak place! Always get The Bomb and it never disappoints. The staff there is always super sweet and patient. Love, love this place!

Dont be fooled by the small storefront, hidden inside is plenty of great flavors. Ordered two signature philly cheesesteaks and they were gigantic and delicious ! Total came to just under $20 for 2 large. Cheesesteaks were quite filling, was not left hungry. Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is very causual/comfortable.

I just got back from eating at Philly's Best Cheesesteak and I have to say, the experience was SENSATIONAL! Their cheesesteak was off the chain, their mozzarella sticks are to die for, and let's not forget their teriyaki wings we're OUTSTANDING! THANK YOU FOR THE SPECTACULAR SERVICE AND GRRRRRRRREAT TASTING FOOD!

The food is good especially since it has to be delivered right now but who sends out fried mushrooms without Ranch or some sort of dipping sauce especially when there was a note asking for it.

Best Cheesesteak i have had in years. Loaded and taste was amazing. Price was good dor the amount of food you get.
